Shouldn't we have a Behavior Czar as part of Universal Health Care?

I would not be surprised at all if we soon have a behavior czar. And since Obama now wants to extend the school year, we will undoubtly have a czar to over see that. Thus far Obama has told us what vehicles we may drive, what fuel we may use, where we may get a loan and when to get a loan, who will be our health care providers, how many months the school year will be, where we may or may not mention our creator, and what food we may eat that will not be taxed excessively. Lest I forget, our duty to "volunteer". Will his next direction be of a more personal nature, such as how often we may engage in ual ?
