I have a very slow metabolism and i wanna loose this baby weight. Ive been going to the gym but i was wondering just which equipment would help me more or cles that would help me (step, cardio, kickboxing, dance, etc). also diets..Im not a biggy on healthy foods but now that i have a baby i know i need to start...what are some good healthy meals (no fish though). i like veggies but i need something on it or a dip...just looking for ideas and help..thank you!
