I have a fever of 101.2, is it swine flu?

yesterday i started getting a minor cough, and i woke up this morning freezing cold with the shivers and my legs were extremely sore. my window was open, so i closed it and got an extra blanket. a couple hours later i was still feeling hot/cold, and my temperature is 101.2. my throat doesn't hurt, i dont have a stuffy nose and my cough has pretty much gone away but i still have a fever. when do i go to the doctor?
