My baby girl signs up to 10 words, speaks spanish words about 5 and talk in 3 word sentences, is she a genius?

She also sees sights as we drive down the road and recognizes where we are going and will say "auntie" or "Gampa". She can enunciate her p's t's k's l's almost clear as a bell. She sings this sentence in "twinkle twinkle little star". follows with "if your happy and you know it" The list goes on and on. She signs these words, girl, boy, mother, father, eat, more, please, thank you, She says airplane, light, water, father, kiss and yes in spanish and understands her father completely. The words she say in english are endless. She can say any word you ask her to at least right after you say it to her. She will scold her brother and say "stop it bubba" or scold the dog and say "stop it roxy" . She tells us if she poops or pees. She is 16 mos old September 19. Is she a genius? How can be tested?
