Can we deny that Jesus must have learned about Eastern religions?

No, there is no mention or quote from any other religion in the Gospels. No matter where he was, Jesus still had the Holy Spirit teaching him. Even though the early church was surrounded by other religions and philosophies in Rome, the Bible does not incorporate any of them.
