Thailand travel Question?

Traveling to thailand on June 25 - July 7. Flying in to Bangkok and plan to travel to the south for a beach vacation. I want to find cool spots that are not too touristy. Any suggestions. Also, do you think I will be able to visit Kho Phi Phi and Phuket or are the monsoons too severe? Any suggestions would be great!
