How can I stop my hatred towards Americans?

I just can't help I hate their president, their government, I hate their country, I hate those people they make me sick, If I could nuke them I would. It's not a race thing I hate all the Americans the White ones the Black ones the Asian ones etc. How can I stop hating them? I'm Iraqi and they have already screwed over my country and neighboring Middle Eastern countries. They are backwards people, just look at their history, since 1945 the U.S. has attempted to overthrow more than 50 foreign governments. In the process the U.S. has caused the end of life for several million people, and condemned many millions to a life of agony and despair. Their politicians are crooked and hypocritical, their country is being run my fake Christians. How can I stop hating them?
