Progesterone cream help you ovulate?

i have had a 21 day progesteron test one two times results were .7 then .8 dr said 10 is fairly good u would ovulate ...... im not even a 1 would the progesterone cream help me ovulate ? and can you buy that at like walmart or kinney's /?? i found a cream did not buy but said it was the progesterone cream but also said menopause on it is that the same thing???? i have been trying for 3 yrs to get pregnant to find out my levels are low so im not ovulating , doctor said loose some weight maybe that would balance my cylce's out and make me ovulate he mentioned this cream but , i have stopped seein him do to office visits were very high , so i thought i'd try and loose some weight and look into this cream and get my body more prepared and then go back to him ,until then anyone help me fins the ans im lookin for ????? thanx amber
