I am priest from sri lanka. completed B.A. in Psychology and M.A. i want to do Phd or psy.D. in psychology?

Maybe things are different in Sri Lanka, but I have NEVER heard of a psy.D in psych. Only a PhD. Also a doctorate in Education, with counseling specialization. Ed.D, I think.
