Laptop's 10gb Vanished?

Hey Guys, I have an Advent 5312 Laptop. Originally it Actually had a 160gb HDD, but now it only has 149.9gb. On My Computer, it doesn't Say ??/160gb, it say ??/149.9gb. Does Anybody Know why this is, or where the last 10 GB of my memory has gone?
