Why an Apple Tree Wouldn't Bloom?

Everything si a little slow this year the magnolias are out but not alot of apple trees. Nature knows when it is safe to bloom. Cant rushh it. It has green which is good and looks very healthy alot like mine . The tulips are not even up yet. We had a weird spring so just hang in there they shall bloom. HappySpring!!
