Pimple problem..Help?

Okay,so the other day I put a bit of refining mask on this small reddish little pimple I had...Then I woke up and it looks like a mosquito bite..It's like a red bump..not too bumpy though.It just looks like a mosquito bite..It's been there for like 4 days now...I've washed my skin and tried touching as less as possible..What can I do to make it go away?
