How much weight will i lose in 5-7 hours in a home gym?
oh my god kiddo.. you are WAY too young to be working out like that!!! you're gonna severely hurt yourself. my suggestion to you, run around the block for 5 minutes, to heat up your muscles, (drink water as needed to hydrate, remember, water needs replacing when you sweat it out) after your jog, go inside and do some stretches... for about 30 minutes. (yoga stretches are best) lift some 5lb dumb bells, from hips to shoulder height, from stomach to eye view, and from behind the back up as far as you can go, in reps of 10-15. if you want to work out on the home gym, do not workout 5-7 hours a day. over working will build muscle too fast, not make you lose weight. the best thing you could do is quick 5 minute jogs around the block, 2 times a day, and make sure you get enough protein, or your workout will be a complete waste, cause your muscles wont be able to grow, and you will just tire your body and be very weak. Protein is key, if you are worried about intake of calories, my suggestion to you is DO NOT count calories. you need them for working out. instead, keep your saturated fat under 18 grams, and your cholesterol under 100mgs. also, one egg.. is almost 300 mg's of cholesterol.. so avoiding egg YOLKS is best. stick to cereals, with low or nonfat milk, go buy some protein powder (look for one with amino acids, like EAS soy protein, vanilla flavored) eat a banana, to keep your potium levels good, and snack on a handful of almonds. minimize your meat intake. Eat all the fruits and veggies you want. they will only do you good. that is all i can say for right now, you should do great, uming you can follow all of that.
