How can I get this weird, dirty smell out of my fleece jacket?

I washed it last night in baking soda and vinegar and it still smells weird. I wear this jacket every day because it's cold inside the clinic where I work, but I feel like I smell dirty and I absolutely am NOT. I can wash it and within 5 minutes of putting it on, it smells again. Please help me!
